Constructed of a full metal frame with custom molded foam to fit the ULTIMATE perfectly. Large 3D Armrest allows maneuverability to support in any position, and even elbow support when gaming with a controller. Included with the TAROK ULTIMATE is a soft memory foam velvet-covered headrest pillow, with an anti-slip strip providing fiction to the PU of the chair. Holding up everything is the 60mm PU covered pressure release wheels – ensuring smooth glide on all surfaces.

Update* 4 months in and the piston has given outAfter 4 months the lifting piston has totally given out, can’t get the chair to go up and is stuck in the lowest position. Hoping Razer can help out but am almost just regretting at this point not spending the extra $100 and going with a secret lab which is now $200 off and would’ve been the way better move imo. Beyond this they were no help in a replacement chair or parts. Amazon did switch it out for a new one for me which has worked but piston does look dangerously close to scratching up my floor again. Go with a secret lab

Durable, comfortable, and coolGot a great deal on this chair and really glad I took a chance. I went with the ultimate and this thing is built solid, no cheap parts anywhere. Metal frame, adjustable padded armrests, classic Razer colorway, and the lumbar support was the cherry on top. Super easy to assemble – maybe 20 minutes and everything you need is in the box. Can’t recommend this chair enough! It’s almost identical to my friends Secret lab titan, but for less money.

3 Base Legs BROKE, Seat Has Large Grease Spots, but Great Back SupportWhen we unboxed this, we immediately noticed that there were large greasy spots on both the front and all over the back of the chair back (see pics). We’re working on getting rid of the spots.We put the chair together and my husband said it was the most comfortable and supportive desk chair he’s ever sat in because it actually keeps his back very straight (yea!).But THEN, the third time he sat down in it, 3 OF THE CHAIR LEG SUPPORTS SNAPPED OFF THE CHAIR BASE! Wheels and all just snapped right off. Never seen anything like it (see pics). That’s when we realized that this chair seems to be some license agreement with Razer but is not sold directly by Razer, so no telling which parts are the same as Razer or are Razer by Zen parts.If I could break down the ratings, I would rate:• 5 for seat posture support and comfort• 1 for stability and durability because no chair base should break like this did• 1 for grease all over the seat—unacceptable and insulting, especially for expensive new furniture****** I rely on unbiased customer reviews for my own purchases, so my reviews are always honest and fair. Very, very hardWe were so disappointed in how hard this was. It just wasn’t comfortable because it was so hard. If that is what you like, then perhaps it would work for you, but we will not be keeping it.Otherwise the quality seemed okay. It wasn’t too hard to put together. It seemed like decent quality. The size was good. The green was pretty and striking.None of us found it was comfortable because of how hard it was.
