Extremely Comfortable well made beautiful chair; Amazing Customer support!I bought this chair from the manufacturer; It arrived quickly. I literally ordered it Friday and had it by Sunday!It is pretty heavy out the box; But It was easy to install. I received it from FedEx and they have a bad rep for handling their deliveries a little too rough so one of the armrest knobs was broken; but I was able to scan the QR code on the back of the enclosed instructions, and have a replacement knob on its way right away!Customer support is outstanding! The seat itself is very comfortable the back conforms to your back perfectly so there is no need for lumbar support; and the seat is made of super comfortable mesh that conforms to your body shape as well; I like the tilt loose and it feels really nice the way it tilts. I really love the way the legs are they are durable Matte black Aluminum and the edges of them are flat so you can easily and comfortably rest your feet on them while still keeping your feet straight!IMO this chair reminds me of the chairs in Star Wars or some futuristic space movie!It’s literally shaped like an Egg!This chair is definitely unique and will turn a lot of heads! Well worth the moneyYou can tilt the armrests outward or inward 15 degrees out or 10 degrees in; move the armrests front & back;plus they are height adjustable. (3D)The knobs to adjust tilt; and tilt lock also are telescoping which means you can pull them out about 3″making it easy to adjust them; then you can put them back.The height adjustment switch is different but very easy to get used toplus this chair has a waterfall edge so it is comfortable on my legs as wellI would definitely recommend this chair! You will definitely stand out and be sitting in comfort all day!Take my word for itUpdate: I just love sitting in this chair. I will sit in it just to enjoy it. I also received my replacement knob quickly and installed it in less than 30 seconds.I would recommend to anyone assembling this chair to put the chair on the main base first before putting the arms one it makes things a million times easier.Overall this is an excellent chair worth every penny!
