Great for a small room, disappointing qualityI bought this because our kiddos share a room and I needed a triple bunk that could fit in a smaller space but also wanted it to have a heavier weight capacity so an adult could crawl up on if needed. It was great for that but otherwise, I don’t have much else positive to say about this. The picture looked really nice and modern, but in real life, it looks like a prison bed – the color is stainless steel and not the brushed metal that you think it is. It is so squeaky it’s unbearable and shifts back and forth. Definitely needs to be secured somehow to the wall. Also, we have only had this a couple months and the rail on the middle bunk broke off so don’t pull on it or mess with it, as it’s not well secured to the frame. Overall, I would not recommend this bed.

My 16 year old actually put it togetherYou do have to assemble but my 16 year old and 14 year old did it! This product is Very Sturdy and they love it! The black metal lets them decorate their room and space as needed

Terrible. Save your money. Useless instructions, and trundle doesn’t fit a regular twin mattressThis twin bunk bed is a disgrace. The instructions are so awful that you’ll find yourself redoing steps multiple times because the instructions don’t explain something properly.Also, the trundle is too small. A regular twin mattress fits in the top two spots, but not in the trundle, making it useless.

Very unhappyVery unhappy with this product. Parts broken. Screws not lining up. screws not screwing in. Stripped parts broken parts. I am trying to find a customer service number to talk to someone and not finding it

Trundle is not usable.The trundle is too small and does not fit a twin mattress. There is nothing to fit, except maybe a crib mattress which is ridiculous. It makes the trundle completely unusable.

Great valueLove the look. Pretty simple to assemble, but definitely needs two sets of hands. I really liked that the top bunk had a bar all the way around the bed for safety for my kid. My only complaint as an adult is the metal ladder hurts my feet, but my kids don’t care at all
