The steps for setup the mattress:
1. Open the box.
2. Position the rolled-up mattress on wherever you intend to sleep.
3. Proceed with caution! Using the Povirt opener carefully cut the plastic, being careful not to cut into the foam of your mattress, keep distance from the mattress when the plastic is almost cut off as it may smack people.
4. Allow your mattress to fully expand about 48-72 hours before using it.
5. Enjoy a restful sleep.

Not what I expected based on reviews, but great customer serviceGood customer service So I adjusted my review… but Coming from a foam mattress I was excited to try this hybrid mattress. Unfortunately, this did not live up to the hype. The edge support is nonexistent. My partner can feel every move I make. This is a very bouncy soft mattress. I sleep on my side and it just does not provide the support. My wife says the same. I wanted to love this but my body just cannot deal. Returning.

Good single mattress at a reasonable priceThis is exactly what I needed to fill up an empty spot in a spare room—I used a simple folding bed frame, and this mattress, without any box spring, to make a daybed. Or more realistically, a cat bed.The great thing about this mattress is that it comes tightly rolled up in a small box that a single person can easily lift and maneuver on their own. If you look at my photos, you can see how the entire mattress is compressed into a narrow, tight tube. Once you carefully slice off the plastic wrap, using the free slicer included in the package, it instantly expands into a flat twin sized mattress in the blink of an eye. It’s so convenient to move a rolled up mattress around instead of trying to wrestle a regular flat mattress through open doorways and around tight corners.I bought the 10 inch thick mattress, and I am happy with the comfort. It is a bouncy mattress, not a firm or dense one, and that suits my needs perfectly as a side-sleeper. I don’t feel it needs memory foam topper, because the deeply-quilted pillow top is comfortable enough on it’s own, but I may add one in the future just so my existing fitted sheets fit better. If you have deep-pocket sheets, you may want to go with the 12 inch mattress just to save yourself a step.Bottom line: Nice mattress for the price range, and the fact that it can be delivered to your doorstep in a small box is a big plus.

My son loves this bed!We’ve converted years ago to full foam mattresses in our house. Memory foam is great and it’s way easier to transport a vacuum sealed mattress than a traditional mattress. Alas my son has been complaining that his full foam mattress was too firm (he’s not wrong, full foam mattresses do tend to be on the firm side). So the hunt was on. I wasn’t looking forward to transporting a regular mattress so I took a chance on this hybrid model. Interestingly enough they’re still able to vacuum seal it even though it contains individual coils. I’ve included some pictures, check them out. Once unsealed it expanded to its final shape. The instructions say to let it expand for 72 hrs before use, but you probably don’t need to, it gets to its max size within a couple of hours. It came with a small letter opening tool, which was a nice touch and super handy. Quality is superb and the coils gave it a nice bounce and makes for a softer feel. I’d rate this bed a medium firmness. Also, no weird chemical smell that full foam mattresses tend to have.Everyone in our house tried it, and it’s looking like we’ll be replacing all our mattresses sooner rather than later. Vendor: If you’re reading this please make a California King size, I’ll be your first customer!

Great mattressI bought this mattress for my daughter bedroom. I’m very happy with it. Not too soft and comfort There wasn’t any odor. It’s exactly what I wanted. I’m glad I ordered the 10in twin size.

Wish medium meant mediumI liked the ease of set up, but unfortunately it feels more like extra firm than medium firm. Was told I’d get a refund so I can exchange for a different one.If you like extra doormat it’s a great mattress!
