Perfect for my needsI needed a mobile desk since my home office is also a guest room. I wanted to be able to roll my desk into my bedroom when I have overnight guests during the week.I only need desk space for my keyboard and mouse, I use two laptops and two monitors, and wanted a sit/stand option. I was looking at cheaper options, but my husband wanted me to get something very sturdy. He was RIGHT. I love the smooth and easy height adjustment. The desk surface is large enough for my laptops. I have several VIVO arm mounts for nearly all the monitors in my house, and read that this desk could support them. I’m using two ASUS 27″ monitors on VIVO mounts. One is landscape and the other is portrait. It rolls easily from one room to the other without feeling weak or wobbly. I keep everything plugged into a power strip, which I plan to anchor to the desk or one of the legs at some point. I unplug the power strip, roll the desk to the other room, plug it in, and I’m ready to work again.I haven’t come across any downsides to this mobile desk. I’ve been using it for nearly a year.
Awesome, Affordable Adjustable DeskI work from home a few days a week and this adjustable desk on wheels is perfect! I can move it around my house to different room and sit or stand while using it. I am 5’7″ and it’s plenty tall enough for an ergonomic fit. I do suggest purchasing arms for your monitors if they are larger than 20″. Mine are 23″ (pictured).

Great purchase! Great customer service!I am quite happy with this purchase. When I initially put it together – which I wouldn’t recommend doing by yourself, although, it is possible – there was a faulty part. I called the customer service and they were great. After troubleshooting, we determined the part was faulty and they sent a new part to me. It arrived quickly and after taking apart and putting back together with the new part, the desk was working. SUCCESS! It is very versatile. I can stand or sit at varying levels. Would purchase again!

Great desk! This works perfect for a home office. I have no problems adjusting it and it’s mobile. I only have a monitor and laptop on it which leaves a little space for a notebook and mouse. I didn’t assemble it so I can’t review that but my husband said it wasn’t too difficult. Overall, a good deal for the price. I would buy again.
QUALITY & WORK LIFE CHANGINGThe media could not be loaded.
Okay – I’ve been using this desk since late January. I wanted to really make sure I went all in for this product because VIVO Store was a game changer. I currently and permanently will work from home, and was setup at my stationary desk in our basement. It wasn’t all bad minus up and down to get some fresh sunshine. I don’t get the luxury of having a laptop and need a mini pc to work off our server’s. How can I become more mobile, while not having my desk out for the world to see? I SPENT A LOT OF TIME RESEARCHING – here’s what I found. I could spend $300 on a desk that could go up and down with electric lift (nope), $100 adjustable standing desk w/knobs to adjust height (seemed to be a lot of work to live up and down, but I could move it), finally I came across the VIVO desk. The desk took about 45 minutes to complete (I’m no handyman). I was able to get it together without any real difficulty. Having a second set of hands helps but not necessary. The key point for me was the hydraulic lift with side handle vs the other desk where you have to screw or pull knobs and move the desk at the same time. The lift is very nice feature, in my video you see me only using one hand to move it up and down. The tray is solid – unfortunately in my video I struggled because I’m trying not to step on my kid while recording. It has nice work space – went with two 21 inch ultra thin monitors AOC B Series (Best Buy) mounted on my VIVO DUAL MONITOR MOUNT (wish I bought a VIVO Mount for my stationary desk). On the back of my mount is my VIVO TOWER MOUNT – I use a mini PC but it has nice adjustable sliding side to expand. Power was my last part and again VIVO POWER PORT fits perfectly – I went 3 high power ports and 2 USB ports. Over all I really enjoy this desk and it’s features. The biggest thing is I can store it away in our standard laundry room during the weekends or at night when laundry isn’t being done.Key Notes: I kept all thing VIVO to ensure products were in sync.Solid productsSturdyConvenientEasy to buildPriced wellQUALITY & WORK LIFE CHANGING

Rolling deskEasy to assemble. Great small rolling desk
Perfect Size, Well Designed and Right PriceMy wife keeps making me move my home office from one room to another as we add to our family, so I decided to make it mobile. I gave this VIVO adjustable desk a shot and I’m a very happy customer so far. I have a dual monitor setup and with the monitors, mounting arms and laptop it weights just over 33 lbs, not counting the weight of the cords. The cords probably weight another 2-3 lbs. So at 35-36 lbs, the desk still adjusts just fine from sitting to standing position, but it does require a slight bit (very slight) of effort to get it to the fully upright standing position. When fully upright with this weight, the desk is a little bit wobbly, but I’m not worried that it will tip over at all. When upright, I move the desk against a wall and lock the casters and I have no worries. Based on my initial use of this desk at the maximum weight, I can understand why the manufacturer recommends limiting the weight to 33lbs. That said, if you don’t mind putting a little effort into lifting the desk to the upright position and moving it against the wall, I think you can get by with more weight than they recommend. From a build standpoint, it’s very solid and well made. The assembly instructions left a little to be desired (I’ve found this to be the case with most VIVO products), but in the end a little common sense made the assembly go just fine (VIVO, if you’re listening, just label your parts in the bags).I really like the ergonomics of the desk’s keyboard tray and sitting and height positions. It’s clear that a lot of thought was put into the design of this desk. One design element that was missing was a cable tray, which I added for a few bucks and just screwed into the bottom of the desk as you can see from the photos. I have this thing setup now where I can move it to any room in my house by just simply unplugging it and rolling it to my desired location. I might try working out on my deck this spring!
Solid desk for reasonable priceI frequently use the keyboard tray lean on during zoom meetings, to eat lunch on, take handwritten notes, and type. The desk surface is quite large. Plenty of room for my laptop, monitor, coffee, water, two cell phones, two sets of ear buds, and a few pens. It’s easy to raise and lower, allowing me to adjust it to be “just right” with my chair, cutting down on back pain.Easy to roll around and locks work great. Very happy with this purchase!
Know before you buy….otherwise totally worth it!If you’re already familiar with your desktop standing desk at work, then this is a no brainer. It works JUST like it, except without your desk. If you are limited in space to set up a WFH office, this is a great solution. The wheels work amazing on HWF/Laminate Floors; they do the job on carpet. Just make sure your casters aren’t locked before you move her!!!!! Now…the drawback. This IS NOT something you can put together on your own. You’d think you could…you cannot. Find an friend; your hubby/BF or your good girlfriend. But you will need a 2nd set of hands and eyes on this. The directions aren’t completely intuitive…pack your patience…and a multi-head screwdriver. It will save your sanity in the long run. Otherwise, for what I spent, I LOVE the damn thing!
Great sit to stand desk – easy to move throughout the house without disassembling equipmentI previously bought a Vivo sit to stand platform for the desk at my office and was really pleased with the product. Now that I’m working from home, it became necessary to look for a mobile sit to stand desk and, once again, I’m very happy with the Vivo product. It was extremely simple for me to put together by myself in a very short time period (maybe 30 minutes?). I easily can fit my laptop and second monitor on the desk and really like that it has the keyboard tray as well. The mobility of this desk is exactly what I needed – I can leave all my equipment assembled, slide the keyboard tray in, and roll the desk to a storage closet at night and on the weekends so my “office” isn’t left sitting in the middle of the house and I don’t have the hassle of unplugging and disassembling all my equipment every day. Although it’s not as solid as a true fixed desk, I don’t have any concerns about my equipment. I think the only negative is it takes a bit of muscle to push this desk from a standing to sitting position – going up with the hydraulic assist is a piece of cake, but I really have to put forth effort to push it back down again. But, it’s so worth it to be able to stand and work – I’m easily at my desk 8 hours a day and go between sitting and standing multiple times now. Definitely would recommend this purchase!
