Love the look but took hours to assembleI love how it looks, and it’s the perfect size for my living room. However..assembly was extremely frustrating! It took my roommate and I hours to get it done. The holes were off in the legs when trying to screw them to the base. We could only add screws to 8 out of the 10 holes. THANKFULLY it still felt sturdy. The worst part, though, was screwing the hinges onto the doors. None of the holes lined up, and the holes were barely deep. We had to force the screws into the doors, essentially making our own holes. Attaching the doors to the tv stand was another time-consuming step, but after trial and error that turned out fine.Like I said, the look of this tv stand is great for my living room. It just took way too much time and effort to put together.

Very prettyThis is exactly as described, colors are what I expected as well. Assembly was fairly easy and it looks great in my living room. It is however a bit smaller than it appears in photos, but it fit my space perfectly so I am pleased. I feel it is a bit over priced at $405… the quality is what you’d expect from something from amazon, so I don’t feel like it’s that much better to justify the price. I’m happy with it and will definitely keep it, just wouldn’t spend $405 on it again.

One of my favorites!Man this TV stand is just gorgeous, one of my favorite pieces in the house. But holy jebus was it difficult to assemble. One of the doors is completely off its hinges and we just keep it closed and don’t use it solely because we don’t want to build a new one. You gotta just take your losses… Anyways like I said it’s beautiful still, the fireplace is amazing, and overall I am content with it… Until I have to open that one door…

Well designed, sturdy, and good looking furniture kit with good planGreat transaction! I received a superior product, at a good price, and on time!It was a bit heavier than expected to move, but well packed. Packing materials came in handy to protect floor/carpeting and the product durring assembly (at certain points, it takes two people to put together and to move)! The pieces/parts (of which there were extras of hardware) were all well labeled, and matched the assembly plans.Only three things were tricky durring assembly.The vertical cabinet wall sections… make sure the proper side, as shown, goes in or out (check twice, install once! ..and use help to hold while connecting).Use of a small ratchet screwdriver [with standard Phillips bit] and a larger screwdriver [flat head] to install panel to panel connectors tightly, will allow things to move along a little faster, and get into some of the tight places.The door hinges are tricky to adjust, but work well. When adjusting to leave proper door spacing, loosen back screw [in/out] first, before tightening front screw [side to side]. Once proper spacing is achieved, hand tighten slowly.One last item, get two 3/4″ x 3/4″ black felt, stick on pads, for the doors behind the handles, where they touch the shelves… they will silence and protect doors while closing.I am very pleased with the finished piece of furniture! It is well designed, sturdy, and good looking.

Fantastic Customer ServiceWhen our item arrived, it was missing the legs, and one of the pieces was bent. We notified the manufacturer and received a response within a day. They were backordered on the parts and instead shipped us a full replacement which arrived in just a few days. There was no expectation for us to return the original item. The interaction we had with customer service was fantastic and the manufacturer went above and beyond to resolve our issue.

Beautiful fireplace….Love the ambiance of the fireplace! It even has a heat button. It is a heavy package. We needed assistance to put it together!

Takes a while to assemble but is great!Love this! It’s been such a great console, but it does take a little while to assemble. I store my router and Xbox inside, and so far I haven’t had any issues with the heater function making the devices overheat. It’s great! I assumed it would come with a remote, so if you need something with one just know that ahead of time. It’s an easy switch to hit and it heats up a room FAST! The heat level isn’t adjustable, but it’s just the right amount of cozy warmth. Definitely takes any chill out of the air within a minute or two. I use it every day!
