Fit great at 37.5 inch wide for twin frameThe two piece twin bunkie boards were delivered quickly and my 7-year old was able to install them himself. They fit snuggly on the 37.5 inches wide twin frame. It is essentially a window frame type layout covered with fabric. A step up from the wooden slats that were slipping around and falling constantly that we had before.

Not a boardI don’t think it can be called a bunkie board as it is not a board. It looks more like a window pane wrapped in fabric. Almost all of the center of the board is empty. Side to side you’ll get 1’’ wood, 17’’ emptiness, 1.5’’ wood, then 17’’ emptiness and finally another 1’’ wood. So these are practically like slats that have huge 17’’ gaps. It will work fine if you have just a center beam or so, but not better than slats. The size is slightly different from what’s advertised. Each piece is a square with 37.5 inch on one side, corners rounded. So you can only get 37.5 x 175 coverage. If precision is too important be careful. I wish I bought plywood from the local home improvement store and had it cut to size.

It made the bed perfectBought a new 12 inch mattress to put on the new bed frame. When I ordered this it made the bed feel great. Just like having a box spring, however not as high. Perfect for the platform bed.

Holds up to a 4 year oldMs 4 loves jumping on the bed and I was a little worried about whether this skinny little board can handle it. It can! She’s the only one sleeping on it regularly but her 200+ lb dad also lays on it regularly and both think it super comfortable

Not solidThese are not solid boards. They are two wood frames with a cross piece covered by fabric. If you are looking for a solid board, like is recommended for foam mattresses, this is not it. Otherwise works well.
