Guests will be too comfortableJust like I said about the box spring I bought online, I can’t believe I bought a Queen-sized mattress online! I didn’t have to drive to every store that sells mattresses to find a deal on a mattress that smells like pickles when it is delivered. (yes – that happened once) This was delivered right to my door hassle-free and hermetically sealed with all of the air sucked out of it and rolled up in 2 layers of heavy plastic. It would have been much easier if I had some help because it was super heavy and I’m kind of old but strong and determined. So I won. You have to be super careful when opening the box if you use a knife so you don’t cut through the plastic or slice the mattress. It will start to expand and that isn’t good until you have it in place. I removed the first layer of plastic, put the mattress on top of the box spring and carefully cut the last layer of plastic and it started to “inflate” right away. It was easy to pull the plastic off and within an hour it seemed to be fully fattened up. It had the slightest of odors but I’m sensitive to scents and it disappeared within the hour. It is so comfortable! It is firm until you lay on it and then you kind of sink a little. I think the more you weigh the more you’ll sink but it keeps it’s shape and has a very nice attached cover that is super soft. I don’t believe I’ll need a separate mattress cover and will put the sheets right on the mattress. My only concern is that my guest will get too comfy and won’t want to leave. It is more comfortable than my expensive King-sized bed from a bougie department store. I would have given 5-stars but it wasn’t cheap and it is solid foam with no coils so I will trust this will hold up better if used only occasionally for guests – not every night. So for that purpose it is worth the price and the wrestling match. Glad that I read all the good reviews and made the decision to purchase this mattress. I’m very happy with it and would highly recommend giving it a try!

Very hard but high quality!!I personally needed it a bit softer, but for what it is this mattress was a great bargain! It filled out perfectly, it’s heavy and dense and very thick. I love it and will get a soft topper to counter the hardness, because I’d rather keep this mattress than try buying another! To get all the edges to fill out, what I did is while it was mostly done I gently held a side and slowly lifted it before bouncing it in the air to “stretch it”, then continued to the other sides that were taking the longest to fill out. This seemed to do the trick for me! Maybe it’ll help others. Very nice, very cooling mattress. Just don’t get it if you can’t stand firm mattresses!

Lived up to the five star reviews.We were apprehensive to order a mattress on Amazon. We purchased a mattress for our king bed at Costco and loved it. We needed a second mattress, full size for our daughters bed and decided to give this one a try based on the reviews. It is as comfortable as our mattress that was more than double the cost. Great quick bed option. No gimmicks 👍👍Upgraded my daughter to this in full size. Good price, shipped as expected. Manageable weight and size of package sent. Good firm/medium firm. Depends on your preference I suppose. As long as it hold up for a fair amount of time. It’s great! Not much odor when opened. Did make sure to wait the 48 hrs for it to set up.

This is my 5th purchase of Zinus mattresses. That says it all.I tried the Zinus mattress several years ago in much anxiety as to whether it would help my sleep habits and sore back. I left the traditional spring mattress and have never looked back. I have grandchildren so I purchased two twins which are still serving us when they visit. I replaced a water bed and got a queen Zinus mattress. I personally think they have the right balance between comfort and support. There may be better mattresses at high prices, but for the my purposes at my financial position, I find these are very good quality for the money. If I didn’t like them, I would have stopped buying them after the first one.

First memory foam mattressIt’s pretty great for the price, I got the full size and let it decompress on the floor for about 9 hours and slept on it the same night with no issues.It only expanded to 11′ but I don’t mind because it’s soft and comfy. I prefer more firm beds but not too hard, this one is a perfect soft firm.Box was hefty so I recommend 2 people

Firm but comfortableI bought this for my 7 year old son. It’s more on the firm side. Comfortable but firm. He likes it and hasn’t complained. I love how these mattresses are so easy to set up and at a very affordable price.

Very comfortableWe have owned several foam mattresses and this was was equal in quality to the ones we have previously purchased through Costco that were more expensive. I bought this for my son as we upgraded him to a queen bed and he loves it. He previously had a twin foam mattress. I had read a lot of reviews and was a bit hesitant, but decided to try it. I am glad I went ahead and purchased it.
