So far so goodWe were a little skeptical about ordering a mattress on Amazon, but so far I’m very impressed. Ordered it for my 21 year old son’s room. He said it’s very comfortable so far. It is very firm, but we like firm mattresses. I purchased a thick mattress cover for it. We put it on top a new platform bed made by the same company. I’m very pleased so far with both the platform bed and the mattress. Great prices for both.

If you like a FIRM mattress, this is for you.I was hopeful this mattress would help me sleep better and more comfortably but it’s worse than the old mattress I got rid of. I have worse hip pain than before. I wanted to make sure I really gave it a chance and now the return window is closed.

Great purchase!Bought this bed last minute in late August for unexpected house guests (both in their 70s). They stayed at my home for 3 full weeks and continuously answered my “How did you sleep?!” question with great answers. They were comfy, not in pain, mentioned that the bed was not too hard, not too soft. For $450, this was a great purchase for my guest room and I was really pleased to be able to have a king bed on such a budget! Delivery was a breeze. Arrived in 2 days from prime. Two amazon employees brought it inside my house and one of them had a personal review of his experience ordering a “rolled mattress” and gave me some tips on how to unwrap it. One minor minor detail I’d love for the manufacturer to note is that after 3 weeks, a faint “new bed” smell isn’t going away. I’ve had windows open, used linen spray, added clean sheets, etc. and there is a foreign (not bad) smell that lingers on and around the mattress. It isn’t strong enough to bother me, but its there. I can’t pinpoint what it smells like, its not chemically, or particularly bad. Reminds me of shipping boxes I guess. I followed instruction and allowed the mattress to completely puff up in size for 5 full days before putting anything on it. Smell did not fade during this time. Again minor, but my only gripe. Overall, solid purchase!

Disappointed / SaggingAm disappointed on how quickly the mattress started to sag. It is only a few months old and already you can see where it is sagging in the middle where I sleep.

Best Mattress Ever…Me and the hubs love this mattress…it came very quickly (2 days after we ordered) 8am in the morning. Had no trouble getting it unboxed, enjoyed the directions so much…perfect for my hubs. We had so things to do that Saturday so once we got it on top of our box springs we headed out for the day. When we returned 5 hours later the mattress looked perfect, we put sheets, blankets and pillows on it. It had filled out completely no bumps or sags…it looked very inviting. So a few hours later we were finally ready to try our new mattress out…it is firmer than I expected which is not a bad thing. I have some major nerve pain issues due to a former tumor on my spine. Laying down is never comfortable for me so I wasn’t expecting much. My hubs twists and turns and has 6 pillows he uses to prop himself up with in various ways. The first night was different, I slept, I woke at 5am to take meds and realized that was the first time I had waken all night…the hubs said he slept great, but he always says that and can sleep anyplace. Thought I’d give it some time, so here we are a month later…I am definitely sleeping better, and waking up feeling rested. I actually get comfortable at night. Hubs is down to using 2 pillows, he says the firmer mattress gives more support and he doesn’t need the pillows now. We are very pleased. By the way, hubs is a big guy 6’4, 350lbs, before when he roll over I knew it, now I don’t even notice. It’s very nice, we are very pleased. I wasn’t sure about a mattress that came in a box but it’s wonderful. We are going to purchase another for our son. We love it, definitely recommend it to anyone.

What’s that smell?So, let me just tell you about this mattress. I bought it because I needed an upgrade from my my queen that had terrible edge support. We’re about 500 lbs combined weight and have a toddler that joins us most nights. I live in a tiny town with virtually nowhere to test mattresses. I read approx 300 billion reviews and settled on this one because I wanted a hybrid that didn’t cost a crazy amount of money considering I couldn’t test it prior. Reviews were decent. It gets here the day before our frame so we unbox it. Heavy, heavy chemical smell. Like, I can taste it. Fine. I’ll just let it air out. Next day…still just as strong. Put it on the frame, throw some fresh sheets on…attempt to sleep on it. Can’t sleep bc the smell is so strong. Next day I hit it with some spray. That night I still can’t sleep. Next day, open all the windows and spray more stuff. Wash the sheets. Put sheets on, put a blanket over to lay on. FINALLY I can sleep. I had to sleep like this for THREE WEEKS. I’m not typically a sensitive person, but when I tell you I couldn’t tolerate this…all the Lunesta in the world couldn’t help me. It’s super firm, very little movement when someone gets out of bed in the night, good edge support. It’s as thick as they say it is and it looks more expensive than it is. BUT THAT SMELL. 😅

UpdateI’ve had this mattress for 1.5 years and is still in good shape. At first, it felt way too hard but I was used to an old wore out mattress. I put on top a 3″ memory foam topper from Walmart that I already owned and have been sleeping like that ever since, a mattress with a 3″ topper ($75). The 3″ topper makes it even thicker so if you have difficulting climbing in and out of bed I would not recommend putting on the topper. So with the topper and my 225-pound frame, it’s held up remarkably well. I sleep alone and I turn the mattress around (not over) every 5 or 6 months. I’m satisfied and would recommend this product.
